Growth audit

In short

The growth audit answers one question: where is the business losing the most growth today. We review funnel, creative, offer and tracking, quantify the gaps and deliver a backlog prioritised by ICE.

What we review

  • Funnel steps and drop-off points
  • Creative inventory, angles, lifespan
  • Offer, price presentation, checkout friction
  • Tracking and event setup
  • Retention and repeat purchase

How we work together

Six steps, each with an approval point. You always know what happens next.

  1. 01StrategyGoal, audience, metric. What should be different afterwards?
  2. 02IdeaAngle and mechanic. The reason someone looks.
  3. 03CastingCreators by niche, audience fit, engagement quality, content skill.
  4. 04ProductionBrief, shoot, edit, variants, approval, rights.
  5. 05LaunchOrganic plus amplification. Whitelisting, Spark Ads, paid.
  6. 06Testing & scalingAnalysis, learnings, next wave. Scale the winners.

What we need for an offer

The more precise these points, the more reliable the first offer. Anything missing we clarify in conversation.

  • Business model and main funnel (shop, app, lead generation)
  • Current metrics, as far as available
  • Read access to analytics and ad accounts
  • The bottleneck as you see it
  • Internal capacity for implementation (development, design, content)
  • Timeframe and decision path

FAQ

How long does an audit take?
Two to three weeks depending on data access. Without clean events we start with tracking setup, because otherwise every statement is a guess.
