Moment marketing: redirecting attention
A reaction format with a 48-hour approval chain — prepared before the moment arrives.
Labelled as “Campaign concept”. This piece shows how ViralBP thinks and works. It is not a client reference and contains no result figures.
"We weren't waiting for the topic. We were waiting for approval."
Situation
Reactive marketing almost always fails on approval processes. By the time sign-off is done, the topic is over.
Idea & strategy
Prepare the process, not the idea: define topic corridors in advance, have format templates and copy blocks ready, reduce the approval chain to two people, fix an eight-hour production window.
Casting logic
A small pool of fast-reacting creators on pre-signed agreements with availability windows. Response speed is a casting criterion here.
Production
Pre-produced elements: brand overlay, subtitle template, three hook patterns. On the day only the content is filled in.
Amplification
Organic first, paid only when early hold rate clears a threshold. No budget on a topic that does not carry itself.
Measurement & learnings
The interesting metric is time from event to live. Anything beyond 24 hours loses disproportionately. Framework as concept, without result figures.
